\u00bbKing Ludwig\u2019s Castle\u00ab was opened in the immediate vicinity of the Shanghai Disney Resort October 2016 as part of a grand opening ceremony and operated until end of 2018. Following on from Euro Disney Paris, Vail\/USA, Aichi\/Japan and Munich, it is the fifth location for this experience-orientated restaurant concept in the style of German Romanticism. All of the rooms in the \u00bbcastle\u00ab were based on the themes of the legendary Neuschwanstein Castle. The Germanic world of legends from the operas of Richard Wagner were brought to life on the walls of the rooms.
