This sea battle between Denmark and Sweden was also marked by an unequal balance of power. The Danish fleet comprised eight battleships and four frigates, with a total of 450 canons; 65 men were killed and 224 wounded. The outgunned Swedish flotilla had four battleships and two frigates, with 320 canons. They suffered 353 deaths, 1,226 men were captured or wounded, one ship was sunk, and five ships were boarded.
