The brand König Ludwig Feine Hofconfiserie is a culinary tribute to the heyday of the royal Bavarian court kitchen during the rule of King Ludwig II.
The two court chefs, Johann Rottenhöfer und Friedrich Zanders, who were well-known way beyond the borders of Bavaria, were not just magnificent chefs, but also particularly adept chocolatiers. Along with their kitchen team, they were able to create many legendary chocolate delights which have now been brought back to life in a special noble edition.
