KALTENBERG – ROYAL BAVARIAN BEER
The Kaltenberg brand is synonymous with a range of royal Bavarian speciality beers which enjoy strong international recognition. The brand is closely associated with Kaltenberg Castle and its castle brewery, the family home of Luitpold Prince of Bavaria and birthplace of all of the royal Bavarian beers.
As the guarantor of the Bavarian Purity Law, Luitpold Prince of Bavaria has made it his goal for the Kaltenberg brand to be nothing less than the brewing of the best Bavarian lager beers. Kaltenberg Hefeweissbier (yeast wheat beer) has very recently been relaunched due to the great demand within international markets. It is brewed in line with the recipes for the first wheat beer of the Schloßbrauerei Kaltenberg .
All of this ensures that an authentic Bavarian beer portfolio, which allows anyone in any culture to find his or her perfect beer, can be offered under the Kaltenberg umbrella brand.
