FROM COURT KITCHEN TO COURT ROASTING HOUSE
Exquisite speciality coffees, accompanied by a fine Cognac or Armagnac, were an essential part of the many festivities at the court of the Wittelsbach family. Continuing in this tradition, König Ludwig Feine Kaffeespezialitäten is a regally Bavarian range of coffees now available in several fine blends.
Crema, a superb blend of Brazilian and Colombian beans, is the first in this impressive selection. It is complemented by a powerful espresso, a sophisticated blend of Arabica beans elegantly combined with Robusta varieties. These blends are joined by a richly flavoured filter coffee which will turn every shared pot into a celebration.
The impressive flavour and aroma of all three varieties is created by a centuries-old slow drum roasting process. Roasting for almost thirty minutes at temperatures of up to 240 degrees Celsius ensures delicious coffee in the tradition of the Royal Bavarian Court Kitchen.
